Risk-Sophistication-Treatment Inventory
The RST-I is a measure designed to assess juvenile offenders. It measures highly pertinent constructs including risk for dangerousness, sophistication-maturity, and amenability to treatment. The measure provides critical information on the risk and treatment needs of youth and can be used in a wide range of juvenile disposition decision making cases. It can also be used in the most difficult cases (transfer, reverse waiver). The constructs are relevant to mental health professionals and court personnel.
